Team Café Beau
We are Joris, Bas, Fleur and Anne, and together we form the team behind Café Beau. Our collaboration started with Joris, who used his creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to found Jorevents, a successful events agency that takes care of complete parties and events down to the last detail. Later, Bas and Fleur joined the adventure, completing the Jorevents team.
Joris is the creative force behind our team, always full of innovative ideas and with a sharp vision that creates a unique atmosphere at Café Beau. Bas makes sure everything runs smoothly, with his talent for logistics and organisation. Fleur brings not only her eye for styling and branding, but also her expertise in social media, so that Café Beau not only looks great, but is also fully visible on socials. And then we have Anne, our newest addition. She just graduated from hotel school and with her background in hospitality and a warm, personal approach, she makes sure you always feel welcome with us. We complement each other perfectly, each with our own qualities, and our friendship ensures that we work with enthusiasm and pleasure every day.
With our shared passion for good food and creating beautiful moments, we build Café Beau together. Our mission is to make every encounter something special, whether you come for a coffee, a tasty breakfast, a cosy lunch or a drink during the VrijMiBeau. We can't wait to welcome you and let you walk out the door with a smile time and time again.

Hi nice to meet you! My name is Anne and I am 24 years old! Originally I come from Vijfhuizen, just like the others, but now I enjoy living in Haarlem! Haarlem is a really nice city with a great hospitality industry, so I think it is so special that we can enrich Haarlem with Café Beau! I am convinced that our enthusiasm as a team, each with our own qualities, will make this place a success. With my diploma from hotel school in my pocket, I now have the opportunity to put all my hospitality skills into practice. I can't wait to have a chat with everyone and make sure everyone walks out of our door with a smile on their face! See you soon!

Hi all!
It is also my turn to introduce myself! My name is Fleur, I am 21 years old and therefore really the youngster of the team. I never thought I would end up in the hospitality industry, let alone that I would open a hotspot in Haarlem together with these great people. Still, I really enjoy working with people and making guests happy. I am therefore enormously proud that we have taken this step!
I enjoy having a chat and getting to know new people; sociability is always paramount for me. I have completed a degree in social media management, so I will be dealing with socials and everything that comes with it. I can't wait to make delicious coffees for you and maybe even socialise during drinks.

Hi, Bas here! Something with a 3 and a 0 old and the man who will take care of the logistics and financial picture of Café Beau. Not surprisingly, given my background in finance. I traded my office job for the hospitality industry three years ago, and that contrast was of course huge. But never regretted my choice for a second! Although I might have to envy everyone who comes to drink a beer in the sun... But I'll serve it with love! I'm really looking forward to this adventure together and I'm sure we're going to create something wonderful!

Hollaaa Joris here, 31 years old. Grew up in Vijfhuizen and have been living in Haarlem for about 5 years now. Having my own restaurant with this top team in Haarlem and on the Grote Markt is a dream come true! I am the big chaotic one of the team, but also the creative one. With a lot of love and passion, I can put my ideas and creativity into action and we will make sure Café Beau becomes 'the place to be' in our city! I can't wait until we can open! See you in spring
